Q: How can i track my order?

Tracking numbers are sent by e-mail automatically after your order has shipped. If you didn't receive any mail, please check your spam folder.

Once your order is shipped please allow a few days for the tracking information to be updated

Q: When will my order arrive?

Once shipped, international standard shipping orders will arrive within 9 to 15 business days for United States, Canada, Australia and major European countries; other countries may take up to 12-20 business days, depending on how fast customs clearances takes place and due to having multiple warehouses overseas.

USPS Delivery for Usa and Express Delivery (when available) takes between 3 to 6 days business days.

Q: Can i edit/cancel my order?

You may edit your order or request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase. After that orders will enter the shipping process and can't be modified/cancelled.
